I actually live in Dubai, where that hotel is. I see it every single day, from my office window, on my drive right past it and from my apartment. It’s an icon here, considered the world’s first 7 star hotel. True or not, the myth has lent the hotel massive marketing.

There are a lot of massive massive projects going on here. Check out The Palm Islands, The World, Burj Dubai (worlds tallest bld) and Dubai Mall (worlds largest mall). All these iconic creations are being built right here.
